Make sure you click on "log-in".  In this page, if you have forgotten your user name and/or password there is a link (at the very bottom) for it to be emailed to you.  This link will not be on any other page but this one.

**Do not re-create a new account as it will create problems when trying to access Coggins certificates.

For New Users Only:

1)  Click on "Create Account"

2)  Enter in the email address you gave us to use

3)  Follow the directions given    **Make sure you write down your user name (usually your first name) and password - this is what you will use for future access.

You can access this website and all certificates associated with your email address 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.   Each certificate is available for printing for ONE year from date of certificate issue.  Print as many copies as you need at your own convenience!
